You May Not Want to Help Your Neighbor

Sometimes Mom and Dad have to get to work before the school bus picks up the kid. A neighbor Mom is stay at home, and invites those kids into her home for an hour our so. They are monitored, cared for and protected. This is a good thing, or at least one would think so.

Not if you live in Michigan. This was the scenario, and the government said she was running an illegal day care center.

If you watch out for the kids your neighborhood, or babysit, you might be a criminal.
