May each of you have the heart to conceive, the understanding to direct, and the hand to execute works that will leave the world a little better for your having been here. -- Ronald Reagan

Reflections on the Past Year, Personal, Cultural, Political and a Prayer for This Year

It’s fortunate this past year was mundane for me. Nothing terribly impactful, painful, or upsetting. Those things in the small circle that I directly influence or am influenced by was ordinary and comfortable for the most part.

An exception was at work. I really had no direct experience with Millennials as a group until this past year. Heard stuff on the peripheral but didn’t pay much attention.  I was given a new team. Part of my job as a team leader is to critique work and offer ways to improve. Most of this group were Millennials, and every bad thing I had heard about them proved true. This is the first time I disliked people as a group. Up to now there’s been dislike of certain individuals (and I’m sure vice versa), since I think it improper to lump people together for judgement or criticism. Millennials though, are so indoctrinated, so much a product of groupthink, they are essentially all of the same mold. With observing them, an individual must stand out and show there is something unique about them for me to see uniqueness. This just turned the way I relate to people on its head. They don’t take criticism at all, even when it’s worded, ‘this is what we can do to improve on this kind of situation’. They have zero respect for experience or authority. They are the smartest people in the room. Anything anyone has to say, other than praise (mostly unfounded) is rejected without consideration.

They expect to be only adored and praised, regardless. I send out motivational and life improving observations daily. I was providing feedback to a Representative and I said this issue ties right into a motivational observation I had sent out recently, and she said, “I don’t read them, I don’t need any motivation, maybe you do, but I don’t.' Here’s a woman in the middle of middle age, is on the edge of obese (for me a health issue), and does average work in an entry level job. She has shown no interest in improving her position or quality of work/life. This is what stunned me. All but a couple of people of about sixteen were like this.

Working with them, I’ve found they have no idea of history before the day they were born, no interest in anyone or anything beyond what directly impacts or influences them, have no interest in current events except maybe for the Kardashians or the Housewives of Wherever. Apparently there’s several Housewives of Wherever shows. They actually talk about these things, and importantly, as if there’s universal truths or insights into human behavior or something on these and similar “reality” shows.  When I’ve actually offered up a true universal truth, from thousands of years of observation of human behavior, it’s rejected as stupid or untrue. I’m stunned.

I’m getting an inkling now of what the generation following them is like, and it’s even worse. There’s culture and social writers saying there’s a change, they’re more inclined to traditional modes of behavior or belief systems. Don’t know what those guys are looking at. College students getting University Presidents fired because they don’t like something allegedly said, “safe zones” where they don’t have to hear any alternative ideas to what their professors have indoctrinated them to believe. There’s a building at some university called “Lynch” which is the name of one of the founders of the university. They want the name of the building changed because “lynch” is, well, racist you know.  There are petitions of remove the 1st Amendment, most specifically the freedom of speech part. Only they should be allowed to say what they want. The myth of white privilege. Universities are founded on the back of slavery and white privilege. It’s too stupid and crazy to continue. The “adults” should expel these knuckleheads. It costs a huge amount of money (the cost of Leftist greed, not an improvement of education) to go, and this is what the outcome is?

I’m so convinced this is the tipping point of Western Civilization in general and America specifically.

Part of the tipping point is a US President that has opened the borders, imports people from countries that are enemies of the US with no effective vetting process, illegally granted amnesty to millions that have invaded this country. He makes anti-Christian statements, but pro Muslim statements. He is an anti-Semite, and sides with terrorist groups against Israel. He has demonized Christians, Whites, Conservatives and Republicans, making race relations even worse that they were in the 1960’s. Hillary Clinton has violated dozens of laws, lied about them, been caught and still no trial, yet still getting massive support from the main stream media and her political party. Anyone else would be on trial or in prison by now. Bill, a serial abuser and exploiter of women, probable rapist, is given a pass. Black celebrity Bill Cosby did the same thing and is getting pounded, by the Leftist Jurassic Press and good Leftists everywhere. And there’s worse this president is doing, and in his last year of office it’ll be a full on blitz to destroy as much as he can that is good about America; its energy production, and the 1st Amendment, race relations, foreign policy to name a few.

Wacko Leftists and Islamist terrorists killing people, and it’s a gun restriction problem. I say wacko Leftists because reading the backgrounds of the mass killers, I don’t see any of them members of the TEA (taxed enough already) party, any church going Christians, no Conservatives, no Republicans, yet the Jurassic Press always starts out finding a way to blame one of these groups; often stating there are ties to those groups, then burying the retraction. Speaking of murder, Planned Parenthood is caught murdering babies and selling body parts and not only given a pass, but getting more government funding. Passed by Republicans no less. That and their supporting amnesty and open borders with the Democrats. And the Republican Establishment wonders why they don’t have the support of Republicans in flyover country? Good grief. Is there a measurement for how dumb those guys are?

This is heading in a direction I hadn’t intended so I’m pulling it back.

Movies I saw this past year. It was a weak movie year. Zombies and vampires and teddy bears oh my. My fav observation about Zombie movies I make, (given how I think about the Millennials and the following generation) is they are so popular because they identify with the characters. (Brain dead except for motor movements.)  “American Sniper” was amazing, reverent and touching. The usual demented Leftists called it a movie praising murderers. The colossally fat, stupid one percenter Michael Moore leading the charge of insensitivity and stupidity. Saw the new “Star Wars”, and while it was fun, it was also overly PC. Small slender woman kicks ass on men that are trained in fighting and combat, that are bigger than her, flies spaceships for the first time better than trained pilots, knows more about the electronics and the engine of the Millennium Falcon than Hans Solo who’s ship it is and has been flying it for years and years…yeah yeah yeah. Had the same problem with the new “Mad Max”. Hardly anything to do with Max, most everything to do with the female character the story was actually about. “Bridge of Spies” with Tom Hanks I thought was good. I’ve read several reviews since by conservative reviewers that reviewed it as one of the worst of the year. Apparently I watched something different with the same title. “Man from U.N.C.L.E.” was splendid fun and I hope there are sequels, but for some reason I doubt it. My favorite movie was “Kingsmen: The Secret Service" which was stylish, clever, fun. Saw it when it came out and have streamed it twice since. Fun fun fun. “Unbroken” was heartbreaking and inspiring at the same time. Highly recommended. Bond movie was fun, but it’s time to fire Daniel Craig. He bad mouthed the movie, the production, the character. He’s made $millions upon $millions then criticizes the US, our lifestyle and our politics. Time to go hypocritical ingrate. Saw the “Age of Ultron”, a mistake. Super tired of all the comic book characters brought to life.

It turns out the most creative film is TV series. “Justified”, “Major Crimes” Agatha Christie’s “Perot”, and I know I said I’m fed up with comic book stories, but like “Gotham”, “Arrow”, “Flash”. For “reality” shows, “Diners, Drive Ins and Dives”, “Fixer Upper” (love love love that couple!), and a few others. “Blue Bloods” is amazing, especially since the family lives up to Christian values and ethics, has a family meal every week, prays together, is smartly written, and just enjoyable. All that and it has survived several seasons.

Read a few books. Best among them “Christianity & Liberalism" published in 1923 about how Liberalism is becoming the new religion in many churches. Sound familiar? "Jesus - A Pilgrimage” by SJ James Martin…fabulous Journey in the Holy Land. If you haven’t read Martin, pick him up. "Ordinary: Sustainable Faith in a Radical, Restless World", we need to recognize God in the ordinary. Down to earth religious writing. Read some mysteries. Most fun book of the year was “Ready Player One”. Clever fiction, Dystopic future, with gamers, bad guys and the story is chock full of 1980’s references which is the most fun part. Easy read and highly recommend.

The list of what I read and saw at the movies is in the right column. Oh, by the way, if you want a good chuckle with classic rock ‘n’ roll, stream the “Minions”. A hoot!

For the upcoming year, I pray our church prospers and all get along, I don’t have to take any more grief from Millennials at work (I’m off that team, but we have many of that generation working here). I pray that the slaughter of Christians in Africa and the Middle East by IslamoNazis is stopped, that the imperialism of Putin/Russia is stopped, and Christians in this country stand up to the Secularists and the Democrat Party to protect freedom of religion. I pray Ted Cruz is elected President.

I pray for the health and happiness of all who desire it. Sadly there are many that find pleasure in misery. I pray these attitudes and beliefs that bring that on, is banished from their souls, and they find what is good in life, friends and liberty.

Ted Cruz Speaking to the Senate

Ted Cruz speaking the truth before the Senate. What's happening in Congress, inside the Beltway, even our culture. It's in a hour but more than worth the time.

Leftist Political Cha-ching

You know how Leftists/Democrats are always carping about how Republicans get so much money from rich right wing extremists? Especially recently when Harry “Dusty” Reid a bunch of times went to the well of the Senate and slandered the Koch brothers? First, most of the public don’t even know who they are. Second, why and when did it become okay for powerful senators, public servants, to use their position to attack private citizens? It’s been going on a long time by Dems, but the Jurassic Press doesn’t report it. Reid, by the way, has become a multimillionaire by being just a congress critter. Taking money from rich Leftists and shady real estate deals, that’s the ticket.

Let's look at the top twenty contributors to politics. Of those, this is from the Center for Responsive Politics, only three of the top twenty go to Republicans. There’s a Leftist PAC, ActBlue, paid off $30.2 million to Dems in the 2013-2014 cycle. Then there’s this multibillionaire, Tom Steyer, who has given $20.3 million to Leftist politicians and PACs. Eleven of the top 20 are unions. Not that Dems ever take payouts and payoffs from unions.

Broken down per party, Republicans have garnered $18.5 million, and the Leftists/Dems/Fascist/Socialist totalitarians have been paid $129.3 million. Who’s being paid off?

Were the Koch brothers in the top twenty? Nope. They were #36 in political donations.

Summation of Obama's Record to Now

Just summing up Obama's record so far. Now that he doesn't have the fetters of re-election expect more of this but worse.

-Record four straight years of trillion dollar deficits

-Only president to preside over the downgrade of the US economy.

-Spent a trillion dollars on a failed ‘stimulus’ plan. Most of that money went to unions that put it back in his campaign coffers, and his Wall Street buddies.

-One-third of the national debt is his.

-Added $5.8 trillion to the national debt.

-Record number of people on food stamps.

-Record number of people on disability (people have found out they can do this when their 99 weeks unemployment runs out). Pelosi and many Dems say unemployment stimulates the economy. Yes, it's on vid. I see stupid people.

-Average income has fallen $5,000 per household. Plus, Jan 1 everybody's taxes went up, not just those make over a quarter $Million a year like he promised over and over.

-Al-Qaeda and Muslim Brotherhood on the rise. He's funding the Muslim Brotherhood.
-Last week he handed Afghanistan back to the Taliban. In a year Karzi will take $Millions out of the county and retire, Taliban will be back in control, with the deal just brokered.

Fast and Furious several hundred dead Mexican's and a dead American.

Four dead American's in Benghazi with a cover-up.

-He quashed getting oil from Canada, quashed getting oil from federal lands and offshore, paid foreign countries to drill, and forced US to be mostly dependent on enemies of America.

Republicans campaigned on this; Debt, economy, energy, jobs, foreign policy, health care. Dems ran on abortion, contraception, Marxism\class warfare. Dems won, it's no longer "the economy stupid". It's about how people "feel". Used to be and economy was trashed by a president, he was voted out. Now the president is voted in because he say's he "cares" and the other guy doesn't because he earned a lot of money.

Republicans are indeed "the Party of Stupid", though I'm somewhat heartened by what Rubio and Jindal are saying. Our problems are, at the source religious. My prescription here. It's in Biblical principals that work 100% of the time they are applied. The Left's vision and principles fail 100% of the time they are tried. Time to smarten up.

How Republicans Can Win Back the Culture and Political Seats

Giving a leg up, not a hand out.

The last presidential election was won by the Democrats by their campaigning on the ideas of envy and empathy. It was Bill Clinton's "I feel your pain" writ large. It was the tipping point where feeling trumped information, knowledge, and from that, who was most likely able to address those issues effectively, was tossed out.

This nation rejected a man with a proven track record of personal and business financial success, of organizational success, to a man-child with a knack of getting others covering for him even with a record of failure. This nation decided to go with the guy who says he cares about people when he's never done anything to show that. We rejected the guy who through his actions, personally and professionally, has helped thousands, if not millions of people.

In my job, mostly customer service, the idea of "empathy" for the customer is emphasized; not sympathy. This is a huge misuse of the word, and irritates me to no end. It's become a double down term for sympathy. Empathy is the complete substitution of one's emotions\feelings into another. The idea comes from the German "einfuhlund", where one projects one's own feelings onto inanimate objects, i.e., how a painting or sculpture makes you feel. That grew into the usage of entering into another's experience to understand them, which is okay, but now it has become a political tool.

By using it, the Democrats portray themselves as the party of compassion, even though their policies create more poor, more dependence on the State, and diminishes liberty. George Bush II created the term "compassionate conservatism" to counter that notion, and it became something to be mocked by the Left, and refuted by Conservatives.

Making people dependant is not compassionate. It's the old saw about teaching a person to fish rather than giving him fish. What Obama is doing reflects what Libertarian Harry Browne has said, "Government is good at one thing: It knows how to break your legs, hand you a crutch, and say, 'See, if it weren't for government you wouldn't be able to walk'."

Conservatives must continue to guide the RINO controlled Republican Party to the original ideas of sympathy and compassion.  Earl of Shaftesbury [18th century] on compassion:  “To compassionate, i.e., to join with in passion,” ...  “ .  .  . to commiserate, i.e., to join with in misery. .  .  . This in one order of life is right and good; nothing more harmonious; and to be without this, or not to feel this, is unnatural, horrid, immane [inhuman].” Adam Smith pointed out what we all have in common, rich and poor alike, is “the propensity to truck, barter, and exchange”; and through that better themselves.

The earliest charities, a Christian, not government or pagan idea, were based on the idea both the provider and the recipient of help benefitted. There were a lot of "societies"  and "associations" to help the poor, most notably in England. The poor, abandoned children, the sick and dispossessed, the invalids. There were corruption and exploitation to be sure, but overall many were helped, and both the givers and receivers benefited.

Then governments decided to offer insurances against hardship, usurping the helping hand and replacing it with the giving hand. Welcome to Marxism, where the State, not caring people help each other; the Christian ideal where both bodies and souls benefit. It all becomes about things, the material. Obama and the Democrats can claim they "empathize" so they give people in trouble stuff.  Republicans must re-present themselves as the Party that can show people how to get stuff for themselves, and from that help others to do the same, and their spirits are better for it too.

From Augustine's (The City of God, Book XIV, Chapter 28):
Accordingly, two cities have been formed by two loves: the earthly by the love of self, even to the contempt of God; the heavenly by the love of God, even to the contempt of self. The former, in a word, glories in itself, the latter in the Lord. For the one seeks glory from men; but the greatest glory of the other is God, the witness of conscience. The one lifts up its head in its own glory; the other says to its God, You are my glory, and the lifter up of mine head. In the one, the princes and the nations it subdues are ruled by the love of ruling; in the other, the princes and the subjects serve one another in love, the latter obeying, while the former take thought for all. The one delights in its own strength, represented in the persons of its rulers; the other says to its God, I will love You, O Lord, my strength. And therefore the wise men of the one city, living according to man, have sought for profit to their own bodies or souls, or both, and those who have known God glorified Him not as God, neither were thankful, but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened; professing themselves to be wise,— that is, glorying in their own wisdom, and being possessed by pride—they became fools, and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and four-footed beasts, and creeping things. For they were either leaders or followers of the people in adoring images, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. [Romans 1:21-25] But in the other city there is no human wisdom, but only godliness, which offers due worship to the true God, and looks for its reward in the society of the saints, of holy angels as well as holy men, that God may be all in all. [1 Corinthians 15:28]

I'm convinced this country is degrading and becoming increasingly uncivil and barbaric because, like ancient Israel, we've turned our back on God.

And in the Literal Commentary on Genesis (XI, 15,20) Augustine writes:
These are the two loves: the first is holy, the second foul; the first is social, the second selfish; the first consults the common welfare for the sake of a celestial society, the second grasps at a selfish control of social affairs for the sake of arrogant domination; the first is submissive to God, the second tries to rival God; the first is quiet, the second restless; the first is peaceful, the second trouble-making; the first prefers truth to the praises of those who are in error, the second is greedy for praise, however it may be obtained; the first is friendly, the second envious; the first desires for its neighbor what it wishes for itself, the second desires to subjugate its neighbor; the first rules its neighbor for the good of its neighbor, the second for its own advantage; and these two loves produce a distinction among the angels: the first love belongs to the good angels, the second to the bad angels; and they also separate the two cities founded among the race of men, under the wonderful and ineffable Providence of God, administering and ordering all things that have been created: the first city is that of the just, the second is that of the wicked. Although they are now, during the course of time, intermingled, they shall be divided at the last judgment; the first, being joined by the good angels under its King, shall attain eternal life; the second, in union with the bad angels under its king, shall be sent into eternal fire. Perhaps, we shall treat, God willing, of these two cities more fully in another place.
Obviously the second city are the Leftist\Democrats of the second love. Conservatives and Christians must talk about and show they are for the common welfare, to provide peacefulness and truthfulness, to offer those things that are important to them, to others. This is politics too, and there must be some hard hitting at the same time.

Conservatives and Republicans must talk about what caring and charity are, what empathy and sympathy are, invoke those Christian values, while at the same time avoid directly mentioning them. Look at what Leftists/Democrats have done by changing the language and using that as the foundation for creating a mindset for a majority of citizens that being dependant on the State is not only a good thing, but something desirable. Under the guise of Empathy they demean the human spirit and create dependency and a majority are okay with that. That, without once mentioning their totalitarian intent.

If those that put self above others, exploit them, diminish them, enslave them and convince citizens this is a good thing for them, why can't those that put the common good first, convince citizens that helping themselves and others is to their benefit?  Christians and Conservatives, by putting God first, will have the winning hand again.

How I've Come to Reject Libertarians Even Though I'm for Free Minds, Free Markets

Libertarians, It's my way, period.

I've said for years I'm a Republican out of political necessity, but Libertarian at my political core. In light of recent political events, the Libertarians have shown little regard, even disregard, of the political reality that there's a difference between Romney, a successful capitalist, and Obama, a failed Communist. Their contention Romney and Obama are the same, to even calling them RomBama or something; it varies.

The result of it is I've combined Leftists with Libertarians. Both are ideologues with no use for political realities. There's a reason Libertarians haven't gain a foothold in the electoral process, and it's because their ideas are not acceptable when applied to the extreme they want. It's why Ron Paul is no more successful now as in the 1980's. Visit the Cato Institute site, and there are a number of great ideas. I've been reading Libertarian authors for years, and have embraced those thoughts. The year Bush the First ran for reelection I vote a straight Libertarian ticket.

We're at an obvious crossroads. If re-elected, Obama plans to double down on his spending. He plans to do another stimulus package; it's the contention of the Left the first failed because not enough money was spent. Obama has stated he wants to nationalize all businesses like he did GM. By the way, GM is facing bankruptcy again.

It's true the Romney economic plan, as does Ryan's, only slows the growth of government, and doesn't actually cut spending all that much to start. An economic projection I buy into is the change in economic policy will slow spending growth to about 3%, and the result of that will be revenues going up to about 6%. It's a good start to changing the direction of our economic problems in the right direction, away from what Greece, Spain, England, Ireland and the rest are experiencing. The metaphor of changing course of a ship applies. It takes awhile.

Libertarians reject this notion, saying it's the same as Obama's communist policies. Really and truly? Their presidential candidate, Gary Johnson, has about 5% of the vote according to the latest polling. Libertarians will vote for him no matter the consequences and political reality. (Leftists\Dems will vote for Obama no matter the consequences and political reality.) If the election is close, in swing states, that will tip in favor of Obama. Libertarians reject that this makes any difference since there's no difference between the two. This kind of ideological adherence could lend itself to the US becoming a totalitarian State. The political reality is that sometimes coalitions need to be formed to stop a horrible thing from happening.

The Libertarians apparently are willing to contribute to the removal of all freedoms, and the destruction of our constitutional republic, to suit their own ideological needs.

A final note. There's an additional sameness to Leftists. That's intolerance and incivility by Libertarians. Lots of name calling and insults, the kind of thing I experience dropping comments on Leftist's sites. Because I don't agree with them, I'm uninformed, following the herd, can't think for myself, and am stupid. Nice way to make an argument, or convince people to consider their political and economic views. This view is a result of trying to have a discussion with them. I was taken aback when I got the same response as I get trying to have a discussion with Leftists.

In all fairness then, applying their own principals, seeing no difference between Romney and Obama, Republican and Democrat, I see no difference between Johnson and Obama, Libertarian and Democrat; decisions to vote for either Obama or Johnson, "JoBama" will lead to economic, political and social disaster, the finalization of Obama's desire to establish a communist State and overthrow our constitutional republic.

Democrat Conspiracy Theories About Those Evil Republicans

All Leftists Believe This

You know those Republicans, they just don't have a different economic and political viewpoint. They're evil. This vid summarizes their pathological hatred of Conservatives and Republicans. So here are the three prongs Republicans are using to win the White House. Those damn rich racists anyway. Yep, still doing the race thing. If you oppose Obama's communism, you're a racist.

http://youtu.be/a0ccPh3YYH4

1. Sabotage the economy and blame it on Obama
2. Use rich peoples’ money to spread lies about Obama
3. Suppress minority voters using Voter ID laws

This is vile and malevolent stuff, but Democrats/Leftists actually believe it. To Koch brothers I say Soros. To using rich people's money to spread lies,
University of California          $1,648,685
Goldman Sachs           $1,013,091
Harvard University     $878,164
Microsoft Corp           $852,167
Google Inc      $814,540
JPMorgan Chase & Co           $808,799
Citigroup Inc   $736,771
Time Warner   $624,618 ...............all Obama donors.

Plus how many hundreds of fundraisers from rich Hollywood types, media moguls, and industry tycoons?
$135,000 a plate dinners?

Lies like Romney hasn't paid taxes for 10 years, he's a felon, he's a murderer, he's a bully (when he was 16!), and they're still doing the dog on the car thing. Really and truly? Ryan wants to kill old people? Really and truly?

Plus they get free campaign messaging from the Re-elect Obama Press.

Mitch McConnell is Senate Minority Leader, not Majority by the way. No one making this vid knows this?

And of course, nothing that's gone wrong in the last three and a half years plus has anything to do with Obama's policies. It's the Evil Bush! And Congress that was controlled for more than half this administration by Democrats.

Democrats have become a vile and pathetic group of pathological liars. A symptom of that is not knowing you're telling lies, you believe them yourself.

The Late Great Democrat Party. Hopefully after November we can say RIP. Of course they are a violent group, and they could well be rioting in the streets, like Leftists do when they don't get their way.

Back To: Republicans Want Dirty Air and Dirty Water

The Democrat Leadership, such as it is, actually believe Republicans' agenda is to poison the air and water and kill babies. This is noting new, I first saw it on CSPAN in the 1980's in a debate. I think I remember Gephart and Dahshal as the Democrats, and one of them actually said Republicans want dirty air and water. I was stunned by the stupidity then, and I am now. This passes for debate and intelligence. Reid and Pelosi have replaced them, say the same stupid stuff, and get away with it in the Jurassic Press. Those two latter knuckleheads have also said people receiving food stamps and unemployment checks stimulates the economy.

Caller: Jamaican Immigrant Hates What This Country Has Become

So true her observations and frustrations. No doubt that beyond being cowards and not truly standing up for what they claim are their values and beliefs, Republicans are the party of stupid. True too Democrats stand up for and get the job done implementing their agenda. Sad too, that nearly half of American citizens readily accept and desire to live under tyranny.

More On The Ever So Civil Left

Many times previously I’ve posted the incivility and lies of the Left, that they claim they’re the peaceful ones and the Right are the violent ones. This campaign of lies took off in earnest with the shooting in Giffords in Arizona. Conservatives made him do it! Of course he was a nut, and had no political agenda. The blasted Sarah Palin for using the word “target” when mapping out areas where Democrats are weak and beatable. They of course say the Right should not use such violent imagery.

Since then the Left has offered up these little words and phrases when talking about the Right.

Left Wing radical and alleged journalist/writer: “I think they’re the suicide bombers in all of this,” about Republicans refusing to raise taxes.

Left Wing radical Barak Obama: Republicans are “putting a gun against the heads of the American people” for not supporting tax increases. Obama regularly uses the language of violence when talking about Republicans here.

We of course hear all about Right Wing Extremists blowing up and attacking abortion centers. Here's a "civil" and peaceful Leftist at an abortion center assaulting pro life supporters; not to be seen in the Jurassic Press at all.

http://youtu.be/O8CxUtAKnxk

Left Wing radical Chris Matthews: "Well, the GOP has become the Wahhabis of American government, willing to risk bringing down the whole country in the service of their anti-tax ideology."

Santelli on a Roll Again

The Dems did not pass a budget for two years as required by law when they controlled both houses of congress and the White House. They have only mocked and lied about the Republican budget, saying it will starve old people, children will die, blah blah blah. Actual proposed spending cuts in the Republican budget here. Now Obama and the Dems are claiming it's crunch time, and it's the Republicans fault. Dems say Repubs have to compromise by increasing the debt ceiling and raising taxes. They said that if Repubs do that then they'll agree to spending cuts. They say that they have $trillions of spending cuts in their budget, but one, on paper, has yet to be produced by them. They promised Reagan that, saying they would give $3 spending cuts for every $1 tax increase. It was the opposite. They did it to Bush One and forced him to go back on 'no new taxes' which ended his presidency and brought down the Republicans. Compromise to the Dems and Jurassic Press means that the Republicans cave to the Dems. Let's hope the Republicans don't fall for that again. Charlie Brown has to quit trusting Lucy to hold the football.

Glad We Live In a Post Partisan Presidency

The post partisan president that was going to be a unifier comparing Republicans to hostage takers.

“It’s tempting not to negoitate with hostage takers unless the hostage gets harmed… In this case, the hostage was the American people.”

Same guy that thinks the money you earn belongs to the government, and they'll decide who gets to keep how much. Who's holding the American people hostage Barry?

Democrats vs Republicans on Hate- Stark Distilled History

Democrats vs Republicans on Hate
...response to a letter to the editor. Interesting contrast.

The Democrats:
Democrats fought to expand slavery while Republicans fought to end it.

Republicans founded the HBCU’s (Historical Black College’s and Universities) and started the NAACP to counter the racist practices of the Democrats.
Republicans pushed through much of the ground-breaking civil rights legislation in Congress.
Republicans fought slavery and amended the Constitution to grant blacks freedom, citizenship and the right to vote.

During the Senate debates on the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871, it was revealed that members of the Democratic Party formed many terrorist organizations like the Ku Klux Klan to murder and intimidate African Americans voters. History reveals that it was Abolitionists and Radical Republicans such as Henry L. Morehouse and General Oliver Howard that started many of the traditional Black colleges, while Democrats fought to keep them closed. Many of our traditional Black colleges are named after white Republicans.

After exclusively giving the Democrats their votes for the past 25 years, the average African American cannot point to one piece of civil rights legislation sponsored solely by the Democratic Party that was specifically designed to eradicate the unique problems that African Americans face today.

As of 2004, the Democrat Party (the oldest political party in America) had never elected a black man to the United States Senate, while the Republicans had elected three.

Observations from Camile Paglia

For those of you who don't know of her, she's a leading feminist in the true sense (what it was before it became a leftist lobby) and a liberal, but of the '60's nonviolent radical sort. She's an amazing intellectual, always questioning everything. I've read two of her books and have been reading articles and essays by her since the early '90's. This article I highly recommend. It's her analysis of the Dems, Obama, Republicans and the healthcare debate. It takes a few minutes, but is well worth it. Article here.

Rino Season Is Now Open by Ted Nugent

Like any entity that abandons basic quality control, political parties rot from within. It happened to the Democrats long ago, and now has become the case with the Republican Party, which has strayed from its conservative underpinnings.

There are really only four things I have a strong aversion to: unloaded guns, dull knives, banjos, and Republicans in Name Only (RINOs).

The Nugent family simply doesn't allow any of those things in our lives.

RINOs are Fedzilla punks who feign support for conservative principles only when it serves their political interest. RINOs are also known for their moderate positions such as supporting tax increases, federal "bailouts", "comprehensive immigration reform", advocating more counterproductive gun control that guarantee more innocent victims, opposing the death penalty, and growing and sustaining Fedzilla and all its toxic mongrels by going along with the liberals. RINOs have forgotten President Ronald Maximus Regan's admonition that government is the problem, not the solution.

RINOs reach across Fedzilla's aisle to cut deals and build consensus with the liberals. Consensus building means compromising values and cutting deals with the socialist prankster punksters whose goal it is to turn America into EuroAmerica.

Consensus building is for wimps and soulless people who stand for nothing. Compromise is not about being tolerant: these days, it's about giving up conservative principles.

As the Republican Party begins to retool, rebuild and return to the "less government is best government" conservatism that makes America work, the first thing the GOP needs to do is to lock the RINOs out of the discussion. Heavily armed with an abundance of conservative attitude, my hunting buddies and I will provide security to ensure RINOs are kept downwind from the discussion. If allowed to participate, RINOs will continue to rot the Republican Party from within and diminish it in the eyes of the public. Enough is enough.

John McCain has been a RINO on campaign finance, immigration, global warming and other issues and look what happened to him. He had reached across the aisle so many times to cut deals with the liberals that he had to pick Governor Palin, a true conservative, to try and lure disenfranchised and disgusted conservatives back into the fold. Didn't work. Senator McCain was the wrong candidate at the right time. RINOs lose elections;
conservatives win them.

Should President-elect Obama implement his wrong-headed economic policies, our economy will continue to slide into the abyss and America's debt will continue to soar to unsustainable levels. Conservatives must hold the line at all costs and call out all RINOs who support President-elect Obama's economic kamikaze plan.

Make no mistake, conservative values and ideologies are embraced by Americans. The polls all indicate Americans are fed up with the Pelosi-led, do nothing congress, and do not support more government programs and control. Sounds to me like we have a conservative revolution brewing.

Conservative leaders and thinkers such as Newt Gingrich, Jed Babbin, Governor Jindal of Louisiana, Thomas Sowell, Glenn Beck, Michelle Malkin, Governor Sarah Palin and others need to turn up the heat and bring this less government, more individual freedom and strong national defense revolution to a boil. It is time.

My specialty is making Fedzilla punks squirm and turn into a puddle of sweat and drool. Therefore, in the spirit of famous butt kickers Generals Chesty Puller and George Patton, I say we launch an attack on all fronts. Uncle Ted hereby declares it is open season on RINOs. No bag limits or permits required. Conservative ideas, arguments and votes are the weapons we will use. Hunt them down and shine a blazing light on these RINO turncoat cockroaches. Zero in the "we the people" crosshairs of your voting assault weapon and aim for the RINO pumpstation. Double tap center mass. Whack em and stack em, track em and hack em, pack em and give em no slack. Let's do to the RINO beasts what we did to the passenger pigeon. Force out of the Republican Party out the subspecies known as RINOs.

We must not make the mistake of keeping the GOP tent so big that there's room for RINOs. They are in the business of producing conservative defeats. Instead, join me in the new Conservative Revolution. Let's go out and win another one for the Gipper.

Einstein once said, 'The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.'
It is the disadvantaged who habitually elect Democrats --- yet are still disadvantaged.
