How Democrats & Jurassic Press Use Indictments When They Loose a Vote or Debate

The alcoholic Democrat Rosemary Lehmberg, that was busted for drunk driving and made a scene during her processing, threatening to have all the officers’ jobs, and ‘don’t you know who I am' idiocy, I wrote about here with the vid of her processing. Her title in Travis County (wholly run by Dems) is the now ironically named the “Public Integrity Unit”. She apparently has trouble with morals, values and ethics, but no nevermind, she’s a Dem. Because they are so short on values, morals, ethics, supporting and obeying the law, they get a pass. In Amerika, if you claim to have any of the above, and fall short, then you’re a liar and a hypocrite.

The night this nasty pushy amoral Democrat was busted (she served about half of the 45 day sentence) her alcohol blood count was about three times over the legal limit. (It was revealed during all this that she had racked up $4500 worth of vodka in the previous 15 months. Comes to about 25 gallons. ) Now we have a convicted criminal in a government position. At one time, if one was convicted of a crime, one stepped down.

Not only did she not step down, she got a corrupt grand jury to indict Governor Rick Perry. (The charge was he approved a contract to a company that had as one of the investors a friend of his.) Perry constitutionally vetoed funding to her corrupt department for the reason she wasn’t fit for the position. Indictments are a tool of Dem's when they can’t win debates or at the polls. Most famously the Travis County TX grand jury, after several attempts were able to indict Republican Conservative Tom Delay on the charge of money laundering. To launder money it first has to be obtained illegally. Delay’s money came from campaign contributions that he partially gave to other Republicans for their campaigns, which is done all the time. Another problem is the law they cited had not been passed, it wasn’t even a law then. The charges and indictments were of course above the fold in the Jurassic Press, and became the meme. What was not reported, except in the Conservative Media, was the Supreme Court threw it out; not guilty; under the laws in place or the new law created just for the purpose of getting Delay out of power. Delay was forced to leave politics to fight the charges and faced bankruptcy. Goal of the Dem's achieved. 

Kay Bailey Hutchison, also of Texas, dealing with one of the most cynical and corrupt politicians, even for a Democrat, was Ronnie Earle (who used to hold the position the alcoholic criminal Democrat now holds). He was ticked at her because he wanted to be appointed to the office she won. He and his cohorts raided her office without a warrant, failed getting together a grand jury until his third try, and they indicted her. The “crime” she was charged with was using her previous office of treasury for personal and political reasons. When it came time for the hearing the lying coward Democrat (but I repeat myself) didn’t even show up. Evidence of the “crime”, if any, could not be used because no warrant. The trial had to be moved out of Austin to Fort Worth, and after 30 min, all charges were dropped. She, like Perry and DeLay, have the word “indictment” attached to them, which the Dems and Jurassic Press will keep reporting and repeating. She, like Delay had to spend a lot of money to defend herself.  Not a word that the indictments did not stick. Nothing to inform the public that really doesn’t pay attention to this stuff what’s really going on.

One last example. Scott Walker of Wisconsin. He has won every political battle against Leftists, union thugs, and Democrats (but I repeat myself).  As a result, the state deficit is a surplus and employment is up, taxes are down. Leftists/Dems are still protesting and trying to run him out of office. They did the indictment thing too. They also ran a “secret investigation”, a step beyond Earle’s warrantless search of Walker and some conservative groups. They brought charges against Walker and the conservative organizations. The mess is a bunch of empty nonsense about some kind of criminal scheme, and the Dems and Jurassic Press shout all across the land the Walker was indicted for criminal behavior. Not a word, except in the Conservative press, the indictment didn’t stick there either.

An interesting sidelight, or reminder for those that pay attention to these things. One of the bits of legislation Walker was trying to get, was definitely going to be a loss for the Dems. To block the vote they couldn’t win, they left the state; not vote could be done. The Texas Democrats did the same thing when they were going to lose a vote.

Some Leftist knucklehead had posted on Facebook some names of indicted Republicans. I commented who? and what for? No answer. Casting aspersions is good enough. Facts need not apply.

Governor Scott Walker's Speech at CPAC 2012

Scott Walker has had the Jurassic Press tell outright lies about him and his policies in support of the corrupt unions. The State Capitol Building was Occupied and $Millions in property damage resulted. Not only did they protest there, they went to his home, not the Governor’s residence and protested. Fourteen Democrat Party State Legislators fled the state to avoid voting on the budget, mostly because collective bargaining (not a right) was going to be taken away from the unions. Judge Maryann Sumi tried blocking publication of what was termed the “budget repair bill”, and after some legal battles she was overturned by the Wisconsin Supreme Court. The Democrat Party and their Union thugs ran a dirty campaign to get a conservative judge thrown off the Supreme Court. There was a recall of some Republican legislators. He faces a recall with money and support nationally from the Democrat Party (and Obama supports this attack) and national union thugs. In the speech below he chronicles this national Leftist attack. As a side note, this President of the United States, proving once again he doesn’t believe in States Rights, has sued a couple states and has weighed in on this attack on a sitting governor. Legislation needs to be passed that state elections and state issues cannot use money from out of state organizations. Because Leftists can do this they can centralize their agenda resulting in everyone having to obey the Federal Government. People should be able to choose to live in states that have a government to respects and has similar political, socio-economic values.

Back to Scott Walker. Some of the things he’s been able to do, in the face of massive national Leftist, Union, Democrat Party opposition is reduce the state’s $3.6 Billion deficit without tax increases or massive layoffs of state employees.  About $850 in savings to local governments have been seen. School districts can hire and fire based on merit rather than seniority. Tenure is out the window for teachers. I never did get that concept. Every other job I know of, if you don’t produce with a certain level of quality, it results in termination. School property taxes have been reduced. There’s school choice now, citizens with children aren’t forced to attend schools the government says they have to.

Another side note, linking into one of my pet peeves...when I Googled attacks on Scott Walker, nearly all the results were press attacks on what was termed by them attacks on freedom of whatever by Walker.

Dear Senator Miller,
Thank you for your hand-delivered letter with an offer to meet, in Illinois, about the business and future direction of Wisconsin.
Let’s set aside how bizarre that is for a moment.
As you know, this legislation is designed to finally balance the state budget, prevent layoffs and create jobs in the real world. There are hundreds of thousands of unemployed or underemployed Wisconsinites, and at least 1,500 more whose jobs are in the balance because of your media stunt. We all deserve better than this.
In the meantime, members of your caucus have been meeting with the governor’s staff, talking to the media, trying to find a way back to Madison, and contradicting your message in public. In case you don’t remember, you were present yourself at one of those meetings with the governor’s staff. Your grasp of reality, and control of your caucus as minority leader, continues to amaze me.
As you know, your opportunity to compromise and amend the bill was on the floor of the state Senate. As you know, you forfeited that right and opportunity when you decided to flee the state instead of doing your job.
Your stubbornness in trying to ignore the last election and protect the broken status quo is truly shameful. While we wait for you and your colleagues to finally show up, Senate Republicans continue to stand ready to do the job we were elected to do, here in Wisconsin. I hope you are enjoying your vacation, and your vacation from reality.

Wisconsin Counter Protest

A call went out to TEA Party members this past Friday to show up in Wisconsin for a counter protest against the Socialist government workers; in less than 24 hours about 15,000 were on the streets in Madison. Quite a feat, and they paid their own way unlike the union members and other Leftists that were brought in by Obama and the Democrat Party. Think on this, the President of the United States, elected to serve all the people, organizing and financing street protests and advocating for a specific political organization that is one his biggest financial supporters.Like he did with Arizona where he's suing the State and advocated for a boycott of the people of that state in an attempt to impoverish them, now he's in a state protesting against the budget written by the legislators the people of that state elected.

Since the formation of the TEA Party, the Left, Dems and their propaganda arm the Jurassic Press, have been calling them Nazis, fascists, violent and all the rest. Then after the Arizona shooting, which they blamed on Republicans and Conservatives, they called for a new civility. I chronicled all the Leftist hate speech the following three weeks after the shooting by a madman.

Now we come to the Wisconsin protests. There were fake doctors handing out excuse notes to nurses and medical workers so they would get paid for the days they didn't show up to work. Teachers didn't show up for work sending the kids a message that if you don't get your way have a temper tantrum and take to the streets, and don't go to work where you're paid to be. Then there's the language and the protest signs. The one's the Jurassic Press didn't show.

  Tea Partiers chanted "Pass the Bill" and had signs "Sorry we're late Scott, we work for a living".

Meanwhile the 14 Democrat cowards remain out of state instead of showing up to work and voting on the budget.

 You won't find this kind of interview in the Jurassic Press because they're spokesmen for the Democrat Party and unions. They have also made it clear they support the 14 cowardly Dem legislators that ran away, crossed state lines and are hiding rather than doing their jobs.

I watched a couple Jurassic Press reports last night; no signs of Governor Scott with a Hitler mustache were shown, nor any of the hate speech broadcast. It was all sided with the government employees protesting that even in economic hard times they shouldn't have to suffer layoffs and wage and benefit cutbacks like the rest of us.
