Funny Commercial (vid)

Don't know about funniest commercial ever, but I'll use the image to cheer me up when I'm in a store and the kid(s) are out of control. I wonder, like so many of us seasoned citizens, why kids are allowed to get away with it? Anyone over fifty remember being anything but being silent when in public with the parents?
