In the Name of Security- Ignoring the Fourth Amendment

True of any totalitarian state, using the reason of security to control citizens has reached epic proportions. Like much else the Obama Regime and the Democrat Party does, there's a lot of anti-Constitutional, serious violations of that and legislated law.

We have of course the NSA and it's massive spying on US citizens. Spying on journalists and News organizations (even Leftist ones that support the totalitarian Obama regime), IRS spying on and trying to financially cripple organizations that oppose Obama and his Leftist oligarchy, and TSA harassment of ordinary law abiding citizens traveling within the US. We have Homeland Security buying up ten of millions of rounds of ammunition, reportedly as much or more per person than what's allocated to military personal. That sounds suspiciously like a domestic military force.

Just a reminder of what the Fourth Amendment requires of the government. "The Fourth Amendment (Amendment IV) to the United States Constitution is the part of the Bill of Rights that guards against unreasonable searches and seizures, along with requiring any warrant to be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause. It was adopted as a response to the abuse of the writ of assistance, which is a type of general search warrant, in the American Revolution. Search and seizure (including arrest) should be limited in scope according to specific information supplied to the issuing court, usually by a law enforcement officer, who has sworn by it. The Fourth Amendment applies to the states by way of the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment." [Wikipedia]

I'll say the usual and obvious here. If a Republican president and his political party were violating the Forth Amendment this openly and outrageously, Democrats/Leftists/Socialists would be screaming bloody murder. Remember the big kerfuffle with Bush II and the Patriot Act allowing Feds to check what people checked out of the library? Or tracking terrorist organizations financials. Or listening to known terrorist phone conversations? Oh my God, Bush is a dictator! All our rights have been violated!

And yet, here we have a president and his political party clearly ignoring the Constitution and openly spying on citizens. The Federal Government's [anti] law enforcement agencies focus on the law abiding. A couple of recent examples that have just emerged that is even more blatant violations of citizens' rights are searching cars in airports without a search warrant, and police cars that record license plates on tens of thousands of cars, and those go into a national tracking database.

Here's what being done by the government monitoring cars. They justify it by saying there's no expectation of privacy, this is done in public domain, and there's no intent of using the information to track or monitor the public. Seriously? Of course it is.

Using automated scanners, law enforcement agencies across the country have amassed millions of digital records on the location and movement of every vehicle with a license plate, according to a study published Wednesday by the American Civil Liberties Union. Affixed to police cars, bridges or buildings, the scanners capture images of passing or parked vehicles and note their location, uploading that information into police databases. It amazes me that so many Americans are willing to submit to being spied on, harassed, inconvenienced, and have all their private movements, their health issues, their communications and everything else in their lives monitored by the government in violation of the Constitution and all laws that flow from it. 

Checkpoints Here There and Everywhere

We have the TSA groping citizens flying within the country, not coming across borders. From the looks of this we have check points on highways not crossing borders. I understand local checkpoints for drunk drivers. We have a check points going into California checking for produce, which is just a job holder since most of the time we're just waved through without being checked; its just a mini traffic jam in the middle of the desert.

The comments section on this vid are just amazing. As usual one must cut through the insults, profanity, and profane insults, and more profanity, what's the problem with these people? ....totally missing the point of this exercise. There are many that see not problem with this expansion of government authority, or that it's futile to resist. Amazing.

Yet TSA chief John Pistole says:

“I see flying as a privilege. That is public safety issue so the government has a role in providing public safety and we need to do everything we can in partnership with the public to inform them about what their options are.”  “Passengers have a number of options as you go through screening. Bottom line is if someone decides they don’t want to have screening, they don’t have a right to get on the plane.”

Can you imagine the outrage that would be expressed by the Dems and Jurassic Press if this were going on by a Republican President? Look at the brouhaha created over the library stuff in the Patriot Act, or listening to calls between suspected terrorists overseas and people here, or the tracking of terrorists money in banks. That was with a Republican president. Yet not a word, or support and justification for the sexual harassment for the sick, elderly, disabled and children. But this is under a Democrat president.

I heard a caller on a talk show asking where the men are. Men are allowing the mothers, sisters, daughters, wives and children to be molested. Don't know that anyone can do something at the sites of the harassment; the penalties are prison and up to $11,000 dollar fine. If you go into the groping area, and decide you'd rather not go through with it and not fly, you will be arrested.

I heard another caller, that was in Iraq serving in the military, that said when they screened travelers there, they were much more respectful of them that what's she seeing American citizens being treated like here in their own country. And they were in a war zone!

Maybe one in millions of travelers may be a terrorist. The government, instead of addressing the issue of terrorism and its source, Muslims and Islamofacism, will submit its citizens to dehumanizing behavior by God knows what kind of people. Even a three year old girl was molested by an employee of the US Government.

TSA At It Again

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) again targets American citizens as a terrorist threat, rather than the real culprits, dark, young to middle aged, mid-Eastern men.

Bob Thomas, a Camden police officer was with his wife and their 4 year old "developmentally delayed" son at the airport, taking him to Walt Disney World for his birthday. The term applies to children that were prematurely born. The child was in a wheel chair or stroller and has leg braces which he needs to walk. He was just learning to walk, and he had weak ankles and leg muscles; thus the leg braces.

His father and mother got to the TSA security check point, and the stroller was collapsed and put on the conveyor. The son walked through the metal detector and it went off. The TSA screener told them the braces had to come off for inspection. The screener was told that the child could not walk without the braces, so would not be able to walk through the detector. The mother said she would have to help her son walk through, and the screener said the child has to get through on his own. Mom in front, dad behind, he stumbled though.

The father, Bob, asked to talk to a supervisor. The supervisor said "You know why we're doing this." The father said he was going to file a report, and the supervisor walked away.

The supervisor should be fired, the screener should be fired.

When are we going to get serious about protecting this country? We are screening moms and dads, disabled four year olds, grandmas, white WWII veterans.

TSA Nominee Erroll Southers, Yet Another anti-American Creep Presented by the Obama Administration

Along with a NAMBLA pedophile and pervert supporter 'Safe Schools Czar' Kevin Jennings, Communist and Black Nationalist Van Johnson as 'Green Czar', and a Communications Director, Anita Dunn, that praises Mao, the murderer of about 80 million people, Obama has nominated this character to head the Transportation Security Administration, Erroll Southers. Matthew Hale, who's the Pontifex Maximus of the World Church of the Creator out of Illinois, and Ben Smith, who went on a shooting spree in three different cities where he killed a number of African Americans and Jews and Asians that day. Those groups are groups that claim to be extremely anti-government and Christian-identity oriented.”

Nothing like an anti-Semite, anti-Christian bigot to head the huge government bureaucracy that controls all movement in the US, that condemns whole huge segments of the population, millions of people, based on the acts of a few nuts. There's an enlightened individual.
