The President's Ignoring Legislative Process and Writing Regulations Instead. Any Leftists Concerned About This?

This egoist person fulfilling the office of the President of the United States, thinks he’s above the law; not that his job is to enforce it and the Constitution. I’ve written previously about his abuse of power here. The Left/Dems are certainly taking the short view of using regulations and executive orders to circumvent laws for short term political gain.

The idea they have is short term political gain, not the law and not the Constitution, but to force their ideology upon Citizens. Obama says this is necessary because he’s being blocked by Republicans. Currently there are over 300 bills the Republican controlled House has passed and sent to Congress. It turns out there’s usually that many pending bills waiting in the Senate regardless of who’s ruling that roost. It’s been that way for years, even decades.

The lie of the president is that Republicans are obstructing, not passing bills. All his pet subjects, immigration and environmentalism especially, aren’t getting passed with the outcome he wants. Harry “Dusty” Reid, president of the Senate, has refused to bring any of the legislation passed by the House on those and other subjects for debate and voting for political reasons. They have gone five or six years not passing a budget as required by law. Democrats, with the president, do not obey the law, and there’s no punishment.

Previous presidents dealt with opposition to policies they wanted to enact legally. They found a way to enlist the help of the citizens that forced the hand of legislators (Reagan was brilliant at this) or rewrite a compromise, which is what politics is about. It tempers extremism on both sides of the aisle. Not this guy. He’s a totalitarian extremist. His way or the highway.

Thus we had the issue with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). He sent up names of extreme Leftist union thugs for nomination that were not approved by the opposition. Democrats had previously when blocking Republican nominations, set up minute long sessions every three days to keep congress in session so the president couldn’t do “recess appointments”. Republicans used that Democrat tactic. Obama, like the totalitarian he is, appointed his union thugs anyway. It went to the Supreme Court, he lost (even the Leftists on the Court agreed so the ruling was unanimous) because congress was in session. What he did by making the appointments was illegal.

His current pet project is to open the border to Mexico, Central and South America. The political opposition wants to secure the border and enforce the laws regarding immigration. The president couldn’t get the DREAM act passed through legislation, so he ignored it, and wrote a regulation that was in fact the DREAM act (Deferred Actions for Childhood Arrivals [DACA] and made legal lots of illegal [estimated over a million] (criminal) invaders of our country legal.

That’s just a couple of issues as examples of his violating the Constitution, ignoring legislation, and flat out using his totalitarian mindset to force his ideology and hunger for political power upon the citizens.

Imagine if a Republican president had this totalitarian mindset? One of Conservative’s political ‘what if’ games is if a Republican, Christian or Conservative did something a secularist or Leftist did, what would be the consequence. Can you imagine if a Republican president did the same, and for example just wrote executive orders dismantling ObamaCare? How about an executive order not enforcing tax laws on corporations. How about executive orders stating citizens could opt out of ObamaCare if they created a payroll deduction for a medical savings account, or opt out of Social Security if they had payroll deduction for a retirement account. Just going crazy here, how about an executive order that all Democrats could not take tax deductions because we want to help them walk the talk of supporting massive government. That way they wouldn’t be hypocrites. Sorry about the unrealistic last statement, just couldn’t pass it up.

But who, before Obama, thought any president would just ignore the constitution and write legislation and get away with it?

The totalitarian we have running the executive branch, just like his Leftist anti-freedom, anti-Constitutional political party, I think are counting on the Republican Party and Conservatives not to act the same way when they get back in power. Then again I’m thinking, they probably think they will never be out of power. Pray they are wrong.

Senator Harry Reid Says Paying Income Tax Is Voluntary

The amazing stupidity of Harry "Dusty" Reid. This guy also thinks food stamps and unemployment checks is an economic gain for the GDP; as does Nancy Pelosi.

John Boehner Tells It Like It Is Before House Vote on New Debt Ceiling Legislation

http://youtu.be/92CGtLcAdfY

Not only pieces of legislation sent to the Senate by the House, but at least three other plans Republicans have offered up, all of which Dusty Harry Reid said were dead, not acceptable, won't even consider. He and his Dem Senators have violated the law by not passing a budget for over 800 days, have not offered legislation or even a plan. They are indeed the party of no.

Representative Allen West (R-FL) on the Debt Ceiling Debate

53 Dem Senators say Republican Debt plan dead on arrival. West tells it like it is, again.

"Dusty" Harry Laments the Abundance of Liberty in America

Harry Reid
“I am going to go back to Washington and meet with the President of China. He is a dictator. He can do a lot of things through the form of government they have. Maybe I shouldn’t have said dictator, but they have a different type of government then we have, and that is an understatement.”

“So we have to work in the system we have, the best system ever devised to rule the affairs of men and women,” Reid continued. “And one of the few ways we get things done, in fact the most important way we get things done, is through compromise. It’s not a bad word, and that is how we get things done.”

"Dusty" Harry lamenting there's just to much compromising going on, and just not enough obedience to Statist ideology and Dem programs.

Harry "Dusty" Reid Once Again Shows His True Racist Colors

"I don't know how anyone of Hispanic heritage could be a Republican, okay. Do I need to say more?"

"Dusty" Harry is against America having borders. He's against putting up the fence along the US/Mexican border. He supports the Federal government suing a sovereign state, AZ, for daring to protect their citizens while he supports drug and human smuggling, rape and murder. Here's a reminder; this is the guy that said Obama is a light skinned African American "with no Negro dialect, unless he wanted to have one." This is a truly despicable low life bottom sucking biomass.

Petitions the Metaphysical Peregrine Supports

TEA Party petition to the NAACP:
I hereby urge you to revoke the recent NAACP resolution condeming the Tea Party movement as “racist” and to instead, embrace it and its members as fellow foot soldiers in the the never ending crusade for liberty, justice and prosperity for all.
You can sign it here.

Arizona "Border Sheriffs" Paul Babeu and Larry Dever have had to set up legal defense funds to protect themselves from lawsuits brought by the Federal Government. They need money to protect themselves from their own government that supports the rights of illegal immigrants and not the rights of American Citizens to protect themselves. Sheriff Babeu has a hit out on him from the Mexican cartels. You can donate here.

The National Rifle Association (NRA) has made noise about supporting anti-2nd Amendment Statist Harry Reid and not his opponent for Senate, Sharron Angle. Listed on this petition are 50 times Reid has voted for limiting gun rights. The reason given is he took tax payer money during our epic debt crisis and gave $61 million dollars for a shooting range in Clark County. Sharron Angle strongly support the 2nd Amendment. You can sign the petition here.

The Republican Party leadership seems to be taking the same tack with Sharron Angle and standing on the sidelines while the Reid political machine spends $millions attacking her. She has indeed said some loopy things, but they aren't of the dangerous sort Reid has said, like the war in Iraq is lost (while soldiers are in battle), or that there's no problem on our borders, when American citizens are getting murdered by Mexican cartels, and stupid stuff like he could smell tourists when they were in the capital. "Dusty" Harry is a menace to our Constitutional Republic and must go. You can support Sharron Angle by donating here.

Still Questioning If Dems Anti-Military?

There was John Murtha accusing American Soldiers of murder.

There was John Kerry saying American Soldiers were kicking in doors of people and terrorizing them.

There was Harry "Dusty" Reid saying the war was lost.

There was Jimmy Carter that gutted the military financially and completely demoralized it. I was in the Navy during his administration and have first hand knowledge of the havoc visited upon the US Military.

Now we have Barney Frank, primary designer of the the meltdown of the real estate and finance sectors of our economy, wanting to do to the military what Carter did. He formed a commission called the Sustainable Defense Task Force. They are made up of "scholars"! Anyone surprised that during the Obama administration, that has the highest number of academics in its administration than any previous presidency, has Dems forming committees with only ivory tower eggheads on it, and no experienced people?

This group of "scholars" has recommended about $960 billion between 2011 and 2020 to be cut from the military.

Big cuts in the crucial F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program. Major slowdown in procurement of a new midair refueling tanker that the Air force says is crucial to keep on schedule. Big cuts in the Navy, reducing the fleet to 230 ships instead of the 313 the Navy says it needs to be effective and combat ready. That's just the hardware needed to protect this nation, something the Dems are against. If the Dems were for protecting the country, they wouldn't be wanting to cut a military already running on fumes, and they would protect our borders.

The V-22 Osprey program and the Marine Corps’s Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle would be cut entirely.

Missiles and bombers would be drastically reduced. The number of missiles and nuclear warheads on submarines would be drastically reduced.

What else is in this, is the devastation to the soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines. Medical services to the warriors and their families will be cut $60 billion by "reforming" their medical services. They want to "reform" military compensation to save about $55 billion.

Pelosi & Reid Saying Abortion Financing Not in HealthCare Bill

Here's Pelosi and Reid saying abortion financing is not in the bill, but here's an actual picture of the page and paragraph of it. Couple that with Pelosi's monumentally stupid statement, “[W]e have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it, away from the fog of the controversy.” These knuckleheads have moved from passing legislation they haven't read, to just making stuff up, and telling us to trust them.

Here's Pelosi actually making her monumentally stupid statement.

Harry 'Dusty' Reid...Really Good ONLY 36,000 People Lost Their Jobs

What an idiot. Remember when Bush unemployment hovered around 5% and the Dems and their lap dinosaurs in the Jurassic Press were screaming about the coming depression, the heartless Bush administration with its policies that deliberately impoverish the poor so the rich can get richer? Them going to homeless shelters finding impoverished moms with their tales of woe, that were there because of Bush? Can you imagine if Republicans were in power and one of them said this?

'Dusty' Harry came out later in the day saying everyone knows what he meant and were only attacking what he said to make political points. He said that economists expected that 60,000-80,000 jobs were expected to be lost. Well that makes sense...take the worst case scenario presented by a few knucklehead Marxist/Keynesian Obama apologists to cover his idiot tracks. If the Dems and Obama really were thinking unemployment was going up that much, why are they still pursuing the policy that's exacerbating the situation?

The answer is that they don't believe in the ability, talent, and collective intelligence of the American people, they don't believe in capitalism, they don't believe in American exceptionalism, they don't believe that America should be more and have more than the rest of the world. They do believe they are better and smarter than anyone else; they believe in a top down command economy. Top down command economies fail 100% of the time.

The Dems and Obama, Reid, Pelosi think the Venezuelaisation of America and ruling like Hugo Chavez is a good thing. Idiots.

Glad We Live in a Post Racial America XII

Harry "Dusty" Reid on Obama -- a "light-skinned" African American "with no Negro dialect, unless he wanted to have one."

This has become infamous over the weekend.

Republican Trent Lott was forced to resign his position for saying, at Strom Thurmond’s 100th birthday party that he would have made a good president. Thurmond apparently was a segregationist at the time he ran. Dusty Harry said at the time: ""If you tell ethnic jokes in the backroom, it's that much easier to say ethnic things publicly. I've always practiced how I play."

Part of the Statist Jurassic Press spin is that what Dusty said was that it was "backroom" and "private". Double down on the double standard.

Then of course Democrat Sen. Byrd got a pass using the "N" word on 60 Minutes a few years ago, and was some kind of grand pubah in the KKK.

Can you say double standard? Yet again? Good grief, even conservative George Will gave Dusty Harry a pass.

Dusty should be forced to resign his position, just like Lott was.

Also on the post racial watch list is the incredibly hateful low life bottom sucking scumbag Chris Matthews. This guy use to be a fairly decent reporter. I even subscribed to his email newsletter about ten plus years ago.

From an interview with Jonathan Martin, Politco; Martin was covering the Palin book signings, and Matthews ask about who was showing up:

MATTHEWS: Were they all white people?

MARTIN: Almost entirely.

MATTHEWS: What do you mean almost?

MARTIN: I saw one African-American.

MATTHEWS: Okay, But it is a certain sort of, what do you call it, socio-metric group that she appeals to.
Full interview here.

Plus, every time Matthews brings up the Tea Party Movement, they are of course all racists, and that's the motivation for attending. Sorry Matthews, I've attended, I'm not a racist, and I didn't meet any there. I did meet ex-military, nurses and doctors, moms and dads, white collar, blue collar...The only racist I'm aware of is Chris Matthews. He's a Statist, the ones that passed legislation that destroyed the black family, made them dependent on the State, filibustered the passage of civil rights legislation and voted against it, segregated blacks in housing "projects", etc.

Statist's history of hate and racism I posted here last December.

Ah yes, post racial Amerika.

Harry Reid Concerned About High ObamaCare Costs?

Reid is indeed concerned about the costs of this inefficient money sucking colossus of ObamaScare, ObamaCare, KennedyCare. But only for Nevada. This liberty sucking monstrosity requires a 5% increase in state Medicaid spending, and Nevada has shot way past broke and can't afford it. That's the beginning point, and it'll skyrocket, like every gov't program. ummmmmm Thought our Dear Leader said his bill would reduce costs, insure more people and improve health care. (How do you insure more people and spend less money?) If it's going to cost Nevada more, is it possible that it'll cost other states more? If it costs states more, aren't the tax paying citizens going to get yet more more of their hard earned money confiscated to cover the additional costs? Just asking. Of course if I wonder about this, I'm a teabagging Nazi racist.

'Dusty' Harry Reid: “While this draft bill is a good starting point, it needs improvement before it will work for Nevada." "During this time of economic crisis, our state cannot afford to shoulder the second highest increase in Medicaid funding."

Of course fellow Statist Sen. Max Baucus of (D, MT) said he'd fix it for Dusty Harry. Favors already. Dusty: "I spoke to the Chair of the Finance Committee and he assured me that this bill will be improved for Nevada." What about the other states that can't afford it? They get a break too? Dusty has said that he'll use budget reconciliation rules to ram this legislation through without any Republicans. That being the case, it looks like this will be, amongst the Dems, their own ObamaCare cap and tax. Of course, the states that aren't financially stressed, like Texas and Indiana (run by Conservatives), will be told to pick up the difference.

"Let me be very clear, I will not bring a health insurance reform bill to the Senate floor that is not good for Nevada.”

Let me be very clear too. People that like their health care and their liberty will see to it ObamaCare will not be brought to the American people. Then next year, we'll see to it that Dusty Harry will no longer be able to take it to the American people.

Wimpy Dingy Harry (Reid) Playing the Bully

The Director of Advertising for the Las Vegas Review Journal, not even a reporter, meets the insipid wimp Reid, and Reid says, "I hope you go out of business." Reid lies and demonizes people, and can't even take criticism about his policies and views. Instead of townhalls he has teleconferencing-halls by invitation. Coward. Let's pray that the people of Nevada finally realize they've sent an insecure, dishonest weak intolerant man that is not representing them, but representing himself and the Democrat Party, and send him packing. The full 'Review' article here.

Oh yeah, and don't forget his comments about 'smelly tourists' and that people that oppose him are 'evil-mongers'.

He's just shows so much respect for people. A "gentleman" of the Senate indeed.
