“But looking at the record in a light most favorable to Mr. Ross, he never should have been convicted. Or if convicted, he never should have been sentenced to death because his sexual sadism, which was found by every single person who looked at him, is clearly a mitigating factor… He can sit on his hands and sit mute and he may find not only that the death sentence is set aside, he may find the death penalty has been abolished. He may find that he gets the life sentence that he has repeatedly said he would take in an instant if it was offered to him.”

Judge Thinks Sexual Sadists Should Get Light Sentences-Obama Nominates for Promotion
Not only has Obama nominated for the Supreme Court a woman that states the Constitution allows government to limit free speech, but he's nominated this creep, Judge Robert N. Chatigny to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. This has graphic language by a serial killer, juxtaposed with the Senate confirmation hearings. Obama has stated he want's judges with empathy (inferring, I guess, lesser adherence to the law). Do you really want a judge that thinks sexual sadists should get light sentences? What the hell are we doing as a country that judges like this even keep their jobs, let alone get promotions?
