Sharia Law Alive in America...Rape and Murder Okay Because of Religious Belief

In my previous entry, I told the horrible, vile and disgusting story of honor killings, that have been accepted in Europe, and is on its way to acceptance here in the US. We have Supreme Court judges that use international law to form their opinions. We have lower court judges that ignore the Constitution all together. We have judges that think Sharia Law should inform our Constitutional law.

Oklahoma recently passed a referendum stating that Sharia law cannot be used when judges form their legal opinions and pass down their rulings. Leftists and the Jurassic Press (redundant, I know) mocked the idea. Of course they don't report on the honor killings, rapes, and beatings going on in this country. They mock and insult the people that are reporting it.

Oklahoma citizens were prescient. A judge has in fact ruled a on a case using Sharia law. Fortunately, the ruling was overturned by the Superior Court. That a judge ruled this way in first place should be a powerful indicator that we are moving from a nation of laws to a nation ruled by men. I can't find the name of this judge, but he should be impeached and disbarred. A husband raped his wife. The judge thought this was okay.

Here's part of his ruling:

"This court does not feel that, under the circumstances, that this defendant had a criminal desire to or intent to sexually assault or to sexually contact the plaintiff when he did. The court believes that he was operating under his belief that it is, as the husband, his desire to have sex when and whether he wanted to, was something that was consistent with his practices and it was something that was not prohibited."

For the record, while gathering info for this, I found out the PC term for rape is "non-consensual sex". Beats Leftist (alleged feminist?) Whoppi Goldberg's "but it wasn't 'rape-rape' when she was defending pedophile and rapist Roman Polanski. This even beats out the new PC term for illegal immigrant, which is a "displaced foreign traveler".

This was an arranged marriage by the way, AKA forced marriage. Still asking, why are Liberals and Feminists (again redundant) silent on this? They think Islamofacism and Sharia law is better than Judeo-Christian values and the US Constitution? Really?

Islamic Honor Killings Enter the World of Harry Potter

There's a young woman actress, born in the UK, that has a regular part in the Harry Potter films. Her name is Afshan Azad, and her character's name is Padma Patil. While the Potter franchise ensures all ethnicity's and much diversity is invested in casting, such understanding and tolerance is not practiced in Islam. We're talking about honor killings. It's okay with Muslims, apparently with Leftists and most particularly Western Feminists, to keep mum about this practice. If the males of a family don't like the way a female is acting, they can kill her, beat her to death, torture her, stone her, whatever they like.

Ms Azad was beaten by her father and brother for dating a Hindu man. The two were set free on bail, and Ms Azad is hiding, fearing for her life. Where are the Leftists that are so quick to condemn an idiotic statement by a Christian, but remain silent when a whole religion condemns women to brutality? Where are the feminists that take umbrage at the slightest perceived "sexist" comment from a man, yet remain silent on women being murdered and beaten by Muslim men?

Here are some murdered and beaten women, a few of the thousands. Here in the US judges are giving these guys a pass.

On November 2, 2009 Noor Almaleki murdered. She was run over by her Muslim father for being too "westernized". It took her days to die.

Police in Kingston, Ontario, charged three Montrealers, Mohammed Shafia, his wife Tooba and their 18-year-old son Hamed with multiple murders, killing three of the couple's teenage daughters, including their eldest child, Zainab, 19, and a 50-year-old woman who was Shafia's secret, first wife.

Tulay Goren in the UK was tortured by her father before she was murdered.

A woman named Aasiya Hassan had her head chopped off by her "moderate" Muslim husband.

Amina and Sarah Said's father beat and raped them.

Sandeela Kanwal, 25, was strangled to death because she wanted a divorce.

Morsal Obeidi was stabbed 23 times by her brother because she turned away from her family.

Hatin Surucu was gunned down by her brothers in Germany because she was becoming so westernized.

Police say 17,000 women are victims every year in the UK alone.

Then there's the sad story of Rifqa Bary that became a Christian here in the US. Her parents tried to kill her and have beaten her for being an apostate. She's 18 now and has graduated high school. She also has cancer. Her lawyers knew of her advanced cancer and didn't let her know? What? Her survival isn't looking good. You can read the long, terrible story here.

These are on the rise in the US, and the Jurassic Press and Leftists are not reporting and ignoring it. Pamela Geller of Atlas Shrugs is the only media name that is addressing this. Pamela Geller has a fatwa, a contract for her murder, a hit out on her, for making this an issue. In Europe, writers that have the courage to cover this story are not allowed to have book signings and also have fatwas issued against them.

As Islam builds more Mosques in the US, and gets more Muslims immigrating to this country, we will see more and more of it, and the cowardly Left and Feminists will continue to ignore it. At least I hope they're just ignoring it, and not sanctioning Islamic atrocities just because it's a foil for their anti-Christian bigotry. Judges will continue to let these murderers free just like they let pedophiles and rapists free. Those that speak against the unspeakable will be mocked and lied about, like is being done to Pam Geller.

But boy, let a Christian just, and only, make a stupid statement, and it's headlines. I'm disgusted.
