Christiane Amanpour Engaging in Political Hate Speech, Defying Leftist's New Rules of Civility

Christiane Amanpour linking JFK assassination to Conservatives, and still, nearly two weeks after the Arizona shooting, blaming Conservatives for that. Giffords being shot was not an assassination attempt spawned by a guy listening to Conservative and Republicans. Amanpour should be poured out of the country; she's a foreigner that has come to this country, made good, and now uses her platform at ABC's Sunday morning "news" show to promote Statist ideology and attack Conservatives and Republicans. ABC skidded down hill going from David Brinkley, to Leftist ideologue and Clinton political hack George Stephanopolous, to this phony hateful woman. 

A reminder to this knucklehead, Kennedy was assassinated by a Soviet Union sponsored, Castro loving Communist.  The Arizona shooter hated G W Bush, and his politics pretty much ended there. 

Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf?

If you’re a Conservative, or worse yet Christian and Conservative, you are by definition sexist, racist, bigoted, narrow minded, and homophobic. Added to this vacuous charge, if you dare criticize anything Islam, Islamophobic.

There’s plenty of examples of this. There was Time magazine’s “Is America Islamophobic”? Of course they are, is the conclusion (while denying it’s their conclusion). Bobby Ghosh, who wrote the hit piece on regular mainstream American people, was brought on CNN to bring his intolerance and unfounded accusations to the small screen to be seen by the small minds that watch CNN. Ghosh has stated that criticism of the building of the Mosque of Triumph in New York City is hate speech.

“You don't have to be an Islamophobe to have reservations about this particular project. You don't have to be prejudiced to have very genuine concerns about it. But what we have seen in the process of this debate and about mosques- not just here in New York, but all over this country- is that there has been a vicious- some very vicious hate speech has entered the mainstream of discussion in this country, and that is- certainly, we are seeing some Islamophobic views being expressed by people who we wouldn't have expected it from- when you have legitimate political figures comparing the religion of Islam to Naziism. That is something on a scale that we have never seen before.”

Of course he doesn't provide any data to support the claim. He's a Leftist, so you just have to accept what he says as true.

The Washington Post’s religion writer, Michelle Boorstein, in a September article, alleged that most Americans know very little about Islam. Her inferred conclusion is that ignorance breeds the growing Islamophobia in America, and smarter more nuanced thinking people aren’t Islamophobic. Of course, you can only be smart and nuanced if you’re a Liberal.

Then there’s the ABC News Sunday morning talk show disaster Christiane Amanpour, who finds America distasteful at best, is an apologist for Islamic terror, murder and violence. She’s a nuanced thinking Leftist, so gets a pass.

“Time” magazine editor Time Editor Richard Stengel has often said that America is Islamophobic because we’re all a bunch of ignorant idiots. Stengal:  "I mean, the extent of the ignorance- where you parse Islamophobia versus ignorance of Islam, I'm not exactly sure. But there is tremendous ignorance of Islam as a religion."  I agree with only a portion of that statement, and will identify his ignorance of Islam as a religion.

Then there’s Chris Matthews. Nevermind.

None of these people have criticized Islam. The comedy channel pulled a South Park episode for having a satirical bit about Mohammed. Several cartoons have been pulled that had Mohammed in them. No comedians are making fun of Islam and Sharia Law. Of course Jesus and Christianity are fair game ad nauseam.  

We live in an upside down, inside out world, Phobia is a fear of something. Lots of people that criticize Islam are called out for being fearful of Muslims, of Islam. They’re Islamophobic. Yet they are the ones with the courage to speak, stand up to, and criticize.  

The people doing the name calling are afraid to criticize Muslims, or Sharia, or draw cartoons of Mohammed, or do comedy skits containing Mohammed. They don’t do these things out of fear.

I’ve got to ask. Who’s the Islamophobes?

ABC News sinks yet further with the hiring of uber-Statist, anti-American Christiane Amanpour to replace Clintonista George Stephanopoulos. Stephanopoulos kept around Jurassic Press propagandists Sam Donaldson and Cokie Roberts to support their progressive agenda. Every week the program was loaded with Leftists and only George Will was left to present the Conservative perspective. To get an idea where Amanpour is coming from:

Pro Communist:
“Like these young dancers, Carlos [Acosta] benefited from Cuba’s communist system because it not only recognizes physical talent, it nurtures it, whether it’s baseball, boxing, or ballet.”

Anti Christian Bigot:
“On [Christian youth activist Ron Luce’s Honor Academy] campus, students must follow a strict set of rules: No secular music or television. No R-rated movies. No alcohol. No drugs. No dating... When I, you know, read that women have to wear skirts of a certain length and guys aren’t allowed to, you know, go on the Internet unsupervised, I mean, I think, you know, totalitarian regimes.”

Defending Obama re: Nobel Peace Prize:
“Can I just say, I think it’s overdone, this pushing back against his award. He’s obviously done something very significant, and that is, after eight years in which the United States was really held in contempt around the world, the United States has now had a new relationship with the rest of the world.” (Plus the Leftist template that the U S was held in contempt by the world, when it was only held in contempt by the enemies of democracy and other Statists.)

On the Press:
“I think the press was muzzled, and I think the press self-muzzled. I’m sorry to say, but certainly television and, perhaps, to a certain extent, my station was intimidated by the administration and its foot soldiers at Fox News. And it did, in fact, put a climate of fear and self-censorship, in my view, in terms of the kind of broadcast work we did....The entire body politic...did not ask enough questions, for instance, about weapons of mass destruction. I mean, it looks like this was disinformation at the highest levels.” The Jurassic Press, her included, bashed Bush and all members of his administration incessantly for eight years. I hate to think what they would have said if their freedom of speech weren't curtailed by the jackbooted Fox News reporters. Working from the mass weapons template of the Dems and Jurassic Press, when nearly all intelligence services and nearly all Dems said that there were weapons.

No one wants to hear this stuff, which is why the ratings for all the major networks are plummeting, and fewer are watching the Sunday morning talking heads shows.

What ABC needs is someone like Bill Sammon, Byron York, or Jim Glassman to name a few that have journalistic integrity and skills, and something other than a Statist supporting template.
