Those Violent TEA Partiers Are At It Again

Well, not exactly. Did you know that the violent "Occupy" movement, supported by President Obama, the first female ex-Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, and Senate Majority Leader Harry "Dusty" Reid, all Democrats (not to put too fine a point on it) support this? The Democrat Party is still saying it's the TEA Party that is violent and the "Occupy" people are peaceful...even after hundreds arrested, rapes, murders and clashes with police. These pics are from the "peaceful" Occupy thugs in Oakland yesterday. Below the pics is an article describing the events of the "peaceful" protests. The Pro-Occupy Associated Press reported this (even they can no longer avoid reporting this thuggish violent behavior). [During the rise of the TEA (Tax Enough Already) Party, they, along with the rest of the Jurassic Press, reported that the TEA Party gatherings were violent.

Police used tear gas and “flash” grenades Saturday to break up hundreds of Occupy protesters after some demonstrators started throwing rocks and flares at officers and tearing down fencing.
 Three officers were hurt and 19 people were arrested, the Oakland Police Department said in a release. No details on the officers’ injuries were released.
 Police said the group started assembling at a downtown plaza Saturday morning, with demonstrators threatening to take over the vacant Henry Kaiser Convention Center. The group then marched through the streets, disrupting traffic.
 The crowd grew as the day wore on, with afternoon estimates ranging from about 1,000 to 2,000 people.
 The protesters walked to the vacant convention center, where some started tearing down perimeter fencing and “destroying construction equipment,” the release said.
 Police said they issued a dispersal order and used smoke and tear gas after some protesters pelted them with bottles, rocks, burning flares and other objects.
 … Most of the arrests were made when protesters ignored orders to leave and assaulted officers, the release said. An hour later, the bulk of the crowd had left the convention center and headed back downtown.
 The demonstration comes after Occupy protesters said earlier this week that they planned to move into a vacant building and turn it into a social center and political hub. They also threatened to try to shut down the port, occupy the airport and take over City Hall.
 In a statement Friday, Oakland City Administrator Deanna Santana said the city would not be “bullied by threats of violence or illegal activity.”
 … Oakland officials said Friday that since the Occupy Oakland encampment was first established in late October, police have arrested about 300 people.

Using Jesus Christ as a Political Pawn

I’m fed up with the What Would Jesus Do question, or who would Jesus support politically. Christ’s message was not political. We don’t know what Jesus would do; it’s all projection of modern intellect on a simple message. Applying Christ to politics is especially grievous when applied by anti-Christian bigots, atheists, and Marxists.

The Washington Post has a column “On Faith”, which isn’t often on Faith, but pokes holes Christian thought, and demeans Christians. Occasionally they get something right, but not often. Lisa Miller asks the question "Jesus at Occupy Wall Street: 'I feel like I've been here before." As she walks through the park where the “Occupy” protesters have “camped out”, she describes tents, scruffy people, a communal kitchen and the generally dirty, nasty condition these people have chosen to live in; voluntary squalor.

Miller suggests Jesus would side with these people against successful producers.

“Jesus gave preferential treatment to society’s outcasts. Lepers, tax collectors, prostitutes — all would attain heaven before the ordained elites. Jesus believed that God was about to right the world’s wrongs with a great upheaval — soon — and at that time, a radical reversal of the social order would occur. As he says in the gospels, the meek will inherit the earth.”

Equating suffering people that are sick, poor, dying, suffering from any maladies, to mostly middle class protesters with high end electronics and clothes is not even a comprehensible comparison. As for the “meek” part, these people are aggressive and want to overthrow the economic system and government, violently if they can. Miller doesn’t understand what Jesus was talking about when he spoke of the meek. The Hebrew word for “meek” means “to be molded”. Jesus was saying this referring back to the psalmist who wrote in the 37^th Psalm, “Do not fret because of evildoers, nor be envious of the workers of iniquity. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb. Trust in the Lord, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness, delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart.  Commit your way to the Lord, trust also in Him.” Being meek means committing and submitting to God and letting Him mold you. Let God guide your purpose in life. Psalms 24 tells us “The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof”. When you are full of God, and submitted to Him, then you are meek, and then you inherit the earth; God's earth.

This has nothing to do with the materialistic Marxist view Miller and the protesters have, and what they are demanding. They are demanding the material things the producers have gotten as a result of risk and hard work. Watching and listening to them and their supporters, there is no call for salvation or submitting to God’s will; only the demand for the “things” of this world those others have.   

These people reject God, don’t recognized Christ as Savior, attack and demean Christians regularly. Using Him as a political prop is vile and revolting, dishonest and hypocritical. Jesus said render under Caesar what is Caesar’s, and God what is God’s. These people want God out of the equation and have all rendered to Caesar; then have Caesar to provide for them. They don’t want to submit to God, be meek to His will, they want others to be meek and submit to them.

No he doesn't understand the frustrations. He understands his own frustrations because he's found out that he can't impose his statist ideology on a nation that for the most part embraces liberty and not obedience to the State. He expressed nothing similar to this when the TEA Party went to town hall meetings, questioned their representatives, redressed their grievances, and voted for people that would better represent their interests. It was all peaceful except when Democrat sponsored union thugs invaded and tried to start fights. At rallies and protests, peace and friendliness, and trash was put in the proper receptacles. The result was over 60 seats gained in the House and a couple in the Senate.

Conversely, the Wall Street Occupy whine fest, have cost $millions for security, police and cleanup. There has been shitting on police cars and the American flag. There have been hundreds of arrests. There have been clashes with the police. There has been rape. There has been massive amounts of thefts. There have been a lot of anti-Semitic signs and rants. Perverts exposing themselves to children. Public sex and nudity. They have been endorsed by the American Nazi Party, American Socialist Party, Communist Party USA, and the Iranian government and the Democrat Party.

I heard an interview with a woman that owns a restaurant across the street from the OWS occupiers. Her business is down over 40%, her deliveries have stopped because her suppliers are afraid to go there. She said the protesters come in to use her bathroom, and when she says it's for paying customers, she's been pushed out of the way and spit on. The police won't do anything to protect her. Some of her regular customers have contacted her and said when they've tried to get to her restaurant the police wouldn't let them past the barricade. Police protecting and supporting spoiled whiners advocating the violent overthrow (31% of them) of the government. Backasswards.   

If I Were a Liberal\Democrat I Would Be Concerned Because This Is What the Democrat Party Represents

I've written many times on this blog the Left, officially represented by the Democrat Party, is racist, homophobic and violent. There are vids of Pelosi, Reid and Obama making supporting statements of the "Occupy" protests. This is born out by the vids below, taken during the "Occupy Wall Street" and the other offshoot "Occupy" protests than sprang up the past week. Obama, Pelosi, Reid and other Democrat leaders that called the TEA Party violent and racist support these knuckleheads. TEA Party protests had mom and dad in Docker khaki's and sundress with little daughter or son that picked up the trash and put it in the proper receptacle. There were no clashes with the police, no breaking into buildings, no public defecation, no fights, no destruction of property, no arrests. The Leftists and Dems are against civil, legal behavior and support the kind of behavior shown below.
