The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals is the most overturned Court. Of the 22 cases reviewed by the Supreme Court from the last term, nineteen were reversed or vacated. They're Leftist ideologues, and the Law be damned in order to promote their Statist principles.

Obama loves this, and to share the love like he likes to borrow and spend OPM (Other People's Money), he's nominated an inexperienced Berkley (!) law professor, Goodwin Liu. This guy advocates a "second bill of rights". It includes mandatory wealth redistribution to guarantee social welfare...that would be education, subsistence pay, health care and shelter. Liu has denounced free enterprise and private property ownership. He has denounced limited government. He would impose, by judicial degree, same sex marriage, even though it has been voted down over and over and over by the citizens.

When ask by the Judiciary Committee, that is tasked to approve or deny his nomination,, he has refused to turn over the documents.

Thankfully, judgeships have to be vetted and voted upon, not like most of the Leftist ideologues that Obama has appointed as czars.
