WWI Vets, The Cross, and the Mojave Desert Part 2

I wrote of this monument in the middle of the Mojave this past June. A memorial in the middle of nowhere for WWI fallen soldiers. The Supreme Court will hear this case this coming Wednesday. A part of their belief systems is this. What kind of people would do such a thing, as to deny this kind of tribute? Intolerant, hateful cowards. If the Court passes this, it'll be a sad sad day for Amerika.
